Corrections, operator updates and reader questions all go to the same inbox.
Write to contact@americansweepworld.com. It is read by a person and replies usually go out within two working days. There is no contact form on this site, deliberately, because a form adds nothing and collects more than it needs.
What is useful to include
- Corrections. The operator, the figure you believe is wrong, and where you saw the correct one. We re-test rather than quietly edit.
- Operator changes. If a package, floor or payout process has changed, a screenshot with a date is enough to trigger a re-test.
- Reader questions. Which state you are in and which operators you are comparing, since eligibility and floors differ.
- Operator enquiries. Welcome, but please note that board position is not commercially available and never has been.
What we cannot help with
We are not an operator and we have no access to your account, your balance or your withdrawal. If a payment is late or a balance has been frozen, the operator support desk is the only party that can act. If you have exhausted that route, the licensing or regulatory body named in the operator terms is the next step.
