What this site is

American Sweep World is an independent editorial site. It is not an operator, not an agent of any operator, and it cannot open, manage, credit or close an account on your behalf. Nothing here is an offer to gamble or to sell anything.

Information, not advice

Everything published here is general information gathered by testing. It is not legal advice, financial advice or tax advice. Sweepstakes eligibility, age limits and permitted states are set by operators and by law in your jurisdiction, and the operator terms are the version that governs your account.

Accuracy and change

Figures are recorded at the time of testing and stated with a sweep month. Operators change welcome packages, redemption floors and payment processes without notice. We re-test rather than estimate, but between sweeps a figure may be out of date, and we do not warrant that any figure is current at the moment you read it.

Eligibility

This site is intended for adults of at least eighteen years of age, and twenty-one where that is the applicable minimum. If you are below the age at which sweepstakes play is permitted where you are located, do not use the operators listed here.

Commercial links

Some outbound links may earn a commission. This never affects a measured figure or a board position, and it does not change what you receive from an operator. Where a commercial relationship exists, the ranking method is unchanged.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from use of this site or from any decision to open an account with an operator listed here. Your account, your balance and your withdrawal are matters between you and that operator.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and measurements on this site are ours. Operator names and logos belong to their owners and appear for identification only. Quoting a figure with a link back is fine; republishing the board wholesale is not.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
